Program is properly designed and always looks for the next grade level of the subject, which we loved. The center was always flexible in moving to the next chapter if my child is fluent in the current one. Their teacher to student ratio is 1:4. Staff are approachable for parent queries.

My experience and my child's experience has always been fantastic with the center. Especially Katie, the center director, who is always welcoming and flexible on make-ups and helping us with any questions on the subject and how we can help my daughter at home. She has enormous experience in this field which is clearly demonstrated. Chuck, our abacus teacher, is great - he always makes sure the concept is clear and allows parents to interact with him to check if the child got a chance to do homework.

Great value for the fees paid. Would definitely recommend it to other parents for English, Math, and Abacus.

Have my 6 and 10year old take classes for math, English and abacus. Teachers are so much involved in making kids understand the subjects and allow enough time to practice with every week homework.

I heard about this tutoring center on a parents’ fb group and decided to give it a try. My son was struggling with math after transferring to a new school and coming in behind in that subject. Over the year I watched his confidence plummet and his resistance increase when it came to math. The owner of the site offered us a free placement test and within thirty minutes we had a good idea of why my son was struggling. I was worried that my child would dig his heels in and be resistant to any form of tutoring. All I can say is that after one session my son got his confidence back. I don’t know what Best Brains did to him but I’m so grateful! They gave me so many good ideas for easy games we could play to catch my son up over the summer. And my son looked forward to the next class! No tears, no fighting going, no bribery needed….he just looked forward to playing fun games with his math teacher. I will update as we continue….

Katie communicates with the kids as well as parents kindly and with patience. Shrewsbury west center is very good. The center is spacious and the kids to teacher ratio is just right. Katie is very nice at communicating any changes in center delay or closure. She is also very attentive at listening to any concerns or issues one would have. All in all I would definitely suggest you to check out the center for your kids education needs.

We recently enrolled our daughter at Best Brains Learning Centre Shrewsbury West for Math and English, and our experience has been fantastic so far. The staff is incredibly welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable, which made the transition very smooth for our 7-year-old daughter.
