Our CogAT Prep Program
The Cognitive Abilities Test (CogAT) is an aptitude test to determine a child’s eligibility into gifted and talented programs used by many school districts. Unlike traditional standardized tests that measure students’ content knowledge in areas such as math, science, reading and writing, CogAT tests the students’ abilities in reasoning, problem-solving and logic.
CogAT Prep is designed for students in Kindergarten through 8th grade. Our 12-week course is specially designed to prepare students for the specifics of the test based on grade level with take-home questions for students to practice between classes. CogAT Prep can help any student improve their creative thinking and perform better on gifted and talented aptitude tests.
