Annual Contest Day-2025 is a great mix of academics and entrepreneurship for children.
THREE Exciting components– Math Contest, Speech Contest and Children’s Business Fair 2025.
Event Details:
- Date: Saturday, October 4th, 2025
- Time: Check-in at 9:30 AM
- Location: National India Hub, 930 National Pkwy, Schaumburg, IL 60173
(when you enter in main lobby, please take elevator to Second Floor)
Contests & Opportunities:
- Math Contest
- Grades: 1-8
- Awards: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each grade level
- Over view –
1) Students will receive a test on paper, that matches the grade that they are currently attending at school.
2) Everyone will start writing the test at the same time.
3) No two kids of same grade will sit next to each other.
4) Presented in standardized-test format -
· Multiple-choice questions which will need critical thinking and problem solving skills.
· 40 questions per test.
· Calculators not permitted.
5) Test proctors will monitor the kids during the test.
6) Awards ceremony done on the same day.
7) Open to Best Brains families and the public.
- Speech Contest
- Grades: 5-8
- Preparation: Topics will be emailed after registration. Each speech for 2 min.
- Awards: 1st place in each grade level
- Judges Will Be Looking For: Introduction , Organization , Content Details, Voice & Volume , Expression & Engagement , Body Language & Eye Contact and Timing .
- Children's Business Fair
- Grades: 3-12

Registration Details:
- Early Bird Discount: $20 per contest per student until Sept 30, 2025
- After Sept 30th: $25 per contest per student

To Do on Contest Day:
- Math Contest: Bring an eraser, clipboard, sharpened pencils, and a sharp mind!
- Speech Contest: Prepare and Practice your speech before coming to venue!
- Business Fair: Bring your products, cash, notebook, and booth décor!
Schedule:
- 9:30 AM: Check-in and seating
- 10:00 AM: Math contest starts
- 11:00 AM: Children's Business Fair Starts
- 12:45 PM: Speech Contest Prep
- 1:00 PM: Lunch break (Food available for purchase)
- 1:30 PM: Speech Contest
- 2:30 PM: Award Ceremony for all contests
- 3:30 PM: Closing and cleanup
Extra Fun:
- Parents and children (who are NOT participating in contests) can join the Best Brains Panel Session and team games.
