I retired from 29 years in public education in May, 2019. I am so happy to have the opportunity to work with students again at Best Brains. I have a bachelor's degree in elementary education and special education and a master's degree in elementary education and gifted education. My philosophy for teaching is "whatever is best for the child." I enjoy spending time with my family, watching movies, and playing games.

I love being at Best Brains , I taught middle school Art for 2 1/2 years. I’m a native Texan and attended The University of Texas at El Paso where I received my Bachelors in Art with an all levels of Education minor. I'm bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish. I enjoy reading, playing video games and spending time with my dogs.
