Halloween is coming online to Best Brains Learning Center in Algonquin!

Oct 23, 2020

With Halloween right around the corner, and in addition to Math, English, and Abacus classes, Best Brains of Algonquin is preparing for festivities of a spookier nature! One of these festivities includes our Online Costume Contest! If your child would like to participate but isn’t quite sure what costume they want to wear yet, we’re here to save the day! Here are some fun and unique Halloween costume ideas for the little ones that they can show off during whatever fun activities you may be taking part in this year.

  • A Senior Citizen
    • Nothing is cuter than seeing a little one dressed in a moomoo and glasses while using a walker.
  • The Grinch and Cindy Lou Who
    • This is the perfect duo costume for a set of siblings, especially twins! The green makeup and silly hair is sure to make an impression.
  • A Burrito
    • Mix it up with your infant and change their blankie to look like a burrito. How cute (and yummy)!
  • A Gumball Machine
    • This one is super easy, yet so effective. All you need is an old white t-shirt and then hot glue pom-poms onto it to emulate the look of a gumball machine.
  • Glow in the Dark Stick Figure
    • This one seems a little daunting, but all you have to do is dress your child in all black and place some glow sticks on their legs, arms, torso, and head to create a stick figure. Then turn the lights out and watch the magic happen!
  • "It’s Raining Cats and Dogs!"
    • Fishing wire, an umbrella, stuffed animals, and a raincoat. That’s all. ??
  • A Best Brainiac
    • Our Best Brainiac Shirt, a Best Brainiac backpack, and they are all set!
